Once a cylinder has been removed from a upvc door a number of measurements must be taken to make sure you replace it with the correct size :

• A) From the Outside edge of the cylinder to the centre of the revolving cam
• B) From the Inside edge of the cylinder to the centre of the revolving cam
• C) The overall length of the cylinder ( from A to B )

Once you have these sizes bring them into the store and we can provide you with a replacement of the right size.
